  • Pictures are not required. This form only supports files that are pictures (JPG, JPEG, PNG);
  • For other attachments (eg. Excel/PDF files) please send these by mail;
  • Failure to comply to our terms may invalidate your claim.

We provide a 30 day warranty period for most items. Please check the invoice issue date before requesting an RMA.

After our approval of the RMA you will receive a RMA-number. Please ship the items back within 7 days after approval, and use an established carrier like UPS, DHL, Fedex or TNT.
